Hi, I’m Kirsty Myles. I’ve always had a keen interest in complementary medicine which led me to studying Complementary Medicine and Health sciences in the UK where I graduated with a BSc Hons Degree. From there I went on to complete my training as a Homoeopath and fully licensed Reflexologist. Using this I now have over 25 years experience working in this field.

Currently my therapeutic focus is with Reflexology, and I attend many workshops and seminars to ensure that I’m keeping up to date with the latest techniques and research to provide the best possible care for my clients.
