Direct Billing & Treatment Plan
- We take care of the billing process directly, ensuring a seamless journey without unnecessary hassle or stress for you
- ICBC will pre-approve 12 initial treatment sessions for each practice
- If you have completed 12 sessions and your practitioner deems that you require further treatment, we will put an extension request through to ICBC on your behalf
- Before your first visit please provide us with the following information:
- Your ICBC Claim Number (e.g., CM-12345-6)
- The MVA Date
- Your Date of Birth
- Your Adjuster’s Contact Information

Frequently Asked Questions
No medical referral necessary for the first 12 treatments, but you will need your Personal Health Number (PHN) and your ICBC claim number from when you reported your claim.
ICBC allows only one treatment claim per day per therapy type. Multiple Standard Treatments for one therapy cannot be combined on the same day to allow for longer treatments. In other words you can’t book two Standard Registered Massage Therapy treatments on the same day.
ICBC does allow one treatment per therapy type on the same day. This means patients can book separate Registered Massage Therapy, Clinical Counselling, or Acupuncture treatments on the same day.
For a Standard Visit (i.e., subsequent visit) for registered massage therapy you will owe a small fee of $5.50 per treatment. As for the rest of the therapies and treatment types, you will be fully covered!
ICBC does not pay for treatment No Shows or Late Cancellations. It is the patients responsibility to pay these amounts as we have reserved the treatment time specifically for you.
