What should I expect on my first visit?
Most initial appointments are typically at least 1 hour in length. The practitioner will take the time to understand and discuss with you your health history and current health concerns. He or she will provide any necessary treatments and depending on the service, may include manual therapy, acupuncture, supplements, and/or recommendations on lifestyle and dietary changes.
Am I covered for the treatments?
Most of our treatments are covered by extended health benefit plans (this is the health benefits that is usually from your work or college program). However, coverage varies between different insurance companies and their plans. Please check with your extended health benefits provider to find out your type of coverage.
For payment we accept cash, cheques, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). A receipt will be issued upon payment which you can use for your health benefit claims.

Are you able to help me with my condition?
We are an integrated clinic with practitioners who are able to provide treatment for a multitude of conditions. If you have some kind of musculoskeletal pain, strain, or injury; and/or concerns relating to chronic diseases, digestion / nutrition, various allergies, stress, fatigue, and/or low energy, chances are we are able to help.
